January – December 2005, National and International Arbitration Chamber of Milan, assistant director (Secretary General, Lawyer Stefano Azzali). Contact person for the development of the Chamber’s international activity – project leader of the Mediterranean Project of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, on the development and consolidation of Euro-Mediterranean business and, in particular, of commercial transactions between Italy and the Med Area (Morocco Tunisia Algeria, Libya Egypt but also Lebanon, Emirates and the Gulf). Contact person for actions in the Balkan area and China.
Administrative officer of arbitration proceedings administered by the Arbitration Chamber.
January 2003 – December 2004: Milan Chamber of National and International Arbitration “administrator of arbitration proceedings” (case manager and counsel) management and administration of more than one hundred arbitration proceedings at every stage, from the introductory acts to the final decision. Assistance with arbitrators and parties; advice to individuals and companies in both litigation and negotiations. Promotional activities and speeches at conferences, conventions and master’s courses as a speaker (ref. below).
Member of the committee in charge of revising the Arbitration Rules (national and international) of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration in force since January 1, 2004.
