DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
We collect the following data through the services you use:
- technical data: e.g. IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data about the current (approximate) location of the tool you are using;

HOW DO WE USE THE DATA WE COLLECT?
We use the data collected to provide you with the service you choose each day, to inform you about our business activities, or to offer you a more personalized service in line with your interests.
Personal data are used (ref. Art. 6(b) of the GDPR):
(a) to enable navigation on the site and
(b) possibly to perform the service or performance requested as part of the normal activity carried out by Studio Legale Randazzo e Roncarolo SPT (ATECO code 69.1 ACTIVITY OF LEGAL AND NOTARIAL OFFICES). In addition, all personal data may be processed:
(c) for purposes related to obligations under laws, as well as provisions issued by authorities empowered to do so by law (ref. Articles 6(c) and 9(b,g,h) of the GDPR);
(d) for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in and out of court (legitimate interest) of Studio Legale Randazzo e Roncarolo SPT (ref. Articles 6(f) and 9(f) of the GDPR);
e) for direct marketing purposes according to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in particular; for cookies, advertising ids used to show advertisements and ads; for e-mail addresses for sending the newsletter; for navigation and usage logs to protect the site and the service from cyber-attacks; in these cases the data subject can always deny consent so that the Data Controller will abstain from processing (ref. Artt. 6(f) of the GDPR);
(f) for purposes functional to the activity for which the person concerned has the right to express consent or not, such as joining the newsletter to receive informative messages and promotion and sale of products and services, satisfaction survey, furthering the interests of the person concerned outside the requested services, etc. (ref. Article 6 (a) of the GDPR);
(g) with the consent of the data subject, in the case of sensitive data (ref. Art. 9(a) of the GDPR);
(h) with the consent of the data subject, for profiling of the data subject (ref. Article 6 (a) of the GDPR);
IS THE PROVISION OF DATA MANDATORY?
The provision of data collected from the data subject is optional but essential for the purpose of processing them for the purposes at letters (a) and b). In the event that the interested parties do not communicate their indispensable data and do not allow the processing, it will not be possible to proceed with the fulfillment and implementation of the proposed services and follow up on the contractual obligations undertaken, with consequent prejudice to the proper fulfillment of regulatory obligations, such as accounting, tax and administrative obligations, etc.
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data for cookies and specific requests through forms e.g. on products and/or services. Failure to provide them may result in the inability to obtain what has been requested. For all non-essential data, including sensitive data, provision is optional. In the absence of consent or incomplete or erroneous provision of certain data, including sensitive data, the required fulfilments could be so incomplete as to cause prejudice or in terms of sanctions or loss of benefits, either because of the impossibility of guaranteeing the congruity of the processing itself to the obligations for which it is carried out, or because of the possible mismatch of the results of the processing itself with the obligations imposed by the legal regulations to which it is addressed, intending to exonerate the undersigned organization from any and all responsibility for any sanctions or afflictive measures.
WHO ARE THE SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT?
DATA CONTROLLERS

SUBJECTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED
Data collected as part of service delivery may be disclosed to:
- companies that carry out functions closely related and instrumental to the operation – including technical – of the services of IS s.r.l., such as suppliers that provide services aimed at reviewing and verifying the service provided, suppliers of direct marketing and customer care services, companies that provide archiving, administrative, payment and billing services, suppliers of IT infrastructure, hosting and domain on which we rely;
- Administrative and judicial agencies and authorities by virtue of legal obligations
Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union for processing by some of our service providers. In this case, we ensure that this transfer takes place in compliance with applicable legislation and that an adequate level of personal data protection is guaranteed by relying on an adequacy decision, standard clauses defined by the European Commission, or Binding Corporate Rules.
Under no circumstances do we give or sell personal data to third parties.
MODE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the web services of the site are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected; they take place at the server in the EU and are handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of maintenance and administration operations. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access and loss of confidentiality. The facility is equipped with anti-intrusion, firewall, log, and disaster recovery devices. Specific mechanisms for data encryption and segregation and user authentication and authorization are used.
Data processing means the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, deletion and destruction of data or the combination of two or more of these operations. In relation to the above-mentioned purposes, the processing of personal data is carried out using manual, computer and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with the methods indicated in Art. 5 EU Reg.to 2016/679, which provides, among other things, that data shall be processed lawfully and fairly, collected and recorded for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, accurate, and if necessary updated, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes of the processing, respecting fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity, by means of protection and security measures. This organization has set up and will further refine the security system of data access and storage.
HOW AND FOR HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT?
Personal data will be stored in hard copy and/or electronic/informatic form and for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, while respecting your privacy and current regulations.
For analysis purposes directed at service development and improvement, the user’s personal data may be subject to a retention period of 36 months.
For direct marketing purposes, we keep your data for a maximum period equal to that stipulated by the applicable regulations (24, respectively).
Invoices, accounting records and transaction data are kept for 11 years in accordance with the law (including tax obligations).
In the case of exercising the right to be forgotten through a request for express deletion of personal data processed by the owner, please note that such data will be retained, in a protected form and with limited access, solely for the purpose of investigating and prosecuting crimes, for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the request, and thereafter will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Finally, we would like to remind you that for the same purposes, data related to telematic traffic, excluding in any case the contents of communications, will be kept for a period not exceeding 6 years from the date of communication, pursuant to Art. 24 of Law no. 167/2017, which transposed EU Directive 2017/541 on counterterrorism.
If you do not exercise any active actions (e.g., browsing, searches, and/or any other way of using the service) on Studio Legale Randazzo e Roncarolo SPT for a period of 27 months, you will be classified as an inactive user and your personal information will be deleted automatically.
MORE INFORMATION
SURVEYS
We may ask you, while browsing, for your willingness to participate in targeted surveys for the purpose of knowing your opinion and degree of satisfaction regarding the services provided. These surveys may be carried out directly on Studio Legale Randazzo e Roncarolo SPT or through the help of external platforms of which we will send you related information that complies with the European regulation on the processing of personal data.
Within the surveys you may be optionally asked to provide an e-mail address in order to receive news and information about the services of Studio Legale Randazzo e Roncarolo SPT.
Please note that participation in surveys is entirely optional and that you can always object to such treatment.
CANDIDATES
The data controller provides the “Work with Us” page to consult any open professional positions Studio Legale Randazzo e Roncarolo SPT. and reserves the right to evaluate applications received for recruitment and selection purposes.
Resumes received for specific selections may be retained and re-evaluated for subsequent searches for professional positions compatible with the candidate’s profile, provided they are implemented within a time frame of up to 2 years. Applicants may object to the processing of their personal data at any time by writing to randazzo@studiolegalestp.it
If you are applying, remember to include within your resume a statement that you consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selection and avoid including sensitive personal data (such as health status, religious, philosophical or political beliefs) not relevant to the job offer.
HOW CAN YOU GET INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA, CHANGE IT, DELETE IT, OR HAVE A COPY OF IT?
ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA IN OUR POSSESSION THROUGH REQUEST AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT (opt-out).
You can at any time, request and view your personal information by making a request in the form provided.

EXPORT AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
To export your personal data (takeout) or request deletion, you can send a request via the appropriate form.
Deletion will be carried out within the prescribed technical timeframe and in accordance with the retention period made explicit in the section “HOW AND FOR HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?”
EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS
Any individual using our service can:
- to obtain from the controller, at any time, information about the existence of their personal data, the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing and, if any, to obtain access to personal data and information referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR
- request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, restriction of data processing in the event that one of the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR is met, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data, processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected and/or subsequently processed
- oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and the processing of personal data provided for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Any user also has the right to revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before revocation
- To receive their personal data, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance
- Propose a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority
